We want you to experience SoulTemp with confidence 
If it doesn’t feel right for you, returns can be requested within 20 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@soultemp.store.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Certain promotional items may not be eligible for return.

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
